Ages 7–13
This program develops Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fundamentals from the ground up through warmups, movement, technical drills, positional practice, and controlled rolling. Students learn to solve problems under pressure while developing physical ability, resilience, respect, and confidence.
* Self-defense is framed around awareness, confidence, control, de-escalation, escaping danger, and seeking help.
Ages 13+
Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu combines technical learning, physical problem-solving, functional fitness, and live practice. Students work through warmups, foundational drills, techniques, positional training, and controlled rolling in a welcoming but challenging environment.
The curriculum contains techniques and responses applicable to both tournament settings and practical self-defense.
Ages 13+
The Kung Fu program introduces students to traditional, authentic martial arts training through stances, rooting, bridging, hand shapes, arm positions, breath, body connection, forms, kicks, punches, combinations, and explosive power.

Morning classes run on an RSVP basis, typically Monday through Thursday, and are scheduled around who can attend. Times occasionally shift for holidays and tournaments — call (315) 436-5425 to confirm this week's schedule.
No previous experience is required. All programs are beginner-friendly, and our instructors will guide you through the fundamentals at a pace that is comfortable and safe.
Not at all. Martial arts training is an excellent way to get in shape. You can start exactly as you are, and your fitness will naturally improve as you continue to train.
For your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothing without zippers or pockets if possible. We will provide any necessary guidance on uniforms (gis or traditional attire) after you decide to join.
Our Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is built for ages 7 to 13, and Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is open to students 13 and up. If your child is close to that range, we can help determine the best fit based on their maturity, size, and experience.
Yes. Students of all ages train with us. Our curriculum emphasizes technique over raw strength, and older beginners are welcome and supported.
Competition is completely optional. While we support students who wish to compete and have a strong competition team, many students train purely for fitness, self-defense, or personal growth.
Yes, we offer a free trial class so you can experience the training environment, meet the instructors, and see if the academy is a good fit for you.
Discounts may be available for law enforcement, correction officers, military personnel, first responders, and college students. Please contact us for details.
